Ryan Companies Names Casey Hankinson Senior Vice President of National Build-to-Suit

Following the success of a multitude of build-to-suit projects across the United States, Ryan Companies has named Casey Hankinson Senior Vice President – National Build-to-Suit. Hankinson will leverage the over 40 million square feet of  projects Ryan Companies has developed in the past 10 years to further position the company as a national leader among corporate customers.

Hankinson has been with Ryan Companies since 2007 serving over the past six years as Vice President of Development. Prior to joining Ryan he spent two years at United Properties as a commercial real estate broker and played in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Anaheim Ducks and the Chicago Blackhawks. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications, and a former Gopher hockey player, he’s known for bringing the same competitive spirit, team mindset and drive for excellence to his work as a developer that he displayed on the ice.

Hankinson, who will fill the role immediately, will work to extend national tenant rep broker relationships, support regional Ryan developers and implement key sales efforts for the expansion of major national accounts.
