With 15 years of intensive industry experience, she uses her expertise and network to cultivate new and current relationships, utilizing the value of Ryan’s integrated healthcare services to help elevate design for our clients. Alena’s passion for all aspects of healthcare keeps her curiosity piqued and drives her to stay current on industry practices, trends and knowledge, ultimately benefiting her clients. She’s known for truly listening, asking hard questions and persisting until she finds the best solutions. Her client-centric approach to healthcare design is complemented by her intuitive understanding of how all aspects of real estate come together. Having benefited from mentors at key moments in her own career, Alena prioritizes mentorship among her team, working hard to afford them opportunities to learn and grow as they advance their careers.
