Brad Schoenfelder
With over 25 years of industry experience, 17 of which have been with Ryan, Brad has a breadth of market knowledge with particular expertise in office, industrial and retail projects. As President of the Midwest Region, Brad provides leadership and direction of the development, design, construction and real estate management teams in our Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and Davenport offices with a goal of growing Ryan’s business in Iowa and throughout the Midwest. Having spent nearly a decade representing the owner’s side of projects, Brad brings an owner’s perspective to his role, enabling him to understand the challenges Ryan’s customers face and develop creative solutions for a mutually beneficial outcome. A strategic and thoughtful leader, Brad fosters deep relationships with each of Ryan’s employees, business associates and customers.
