As the Senior Vice President of Operations for Ryan’s Northern Division, Brian is responsible for overseeing all operational activities for the Industrial sector while driving efficiency and productivity across the Great Lakes, Midwest and North regions. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Brian has developed a deep understanding of unique challenges and opportunities. He has a strong background in strategic planning, process optimization and team leadership, which has enabled him to consistently deliver exceptional results.
In this role, Brian works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that align with each client’s project priorities. He is known for his ability to identify areas for improvement, implement innovative solutions and drive continuous initiatives to achieve client goals while expanding our company portfolio.
With his strong analytical skills, civil engineering background and attention to detail, Brian can identify trends, communicate with teams, build strong relationships, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operational performance. He is also adept at managing budgets, controlling costs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Brian is committed to staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge with integrity and passion.
