As a Senior Vice President for Ryan, Eric leads and manages design-build professionals in the development, design, construction and management of private and governmental offices, research and development facilities, district and federal courthouses, and distribution centers. He is responsible for site selection, land procurement, financing, government processes, and design, construction and administrative activities. A talented leader, Eric creates an environment where exceptional customer service and responsiveness are paramount. With a degree in civil engineering, an MBA and over 25 years of hands-on experience, Eric excels at delivering the best operational value and controlling total project costs for his customers.
