As Senior Vice President of Operations, Hans provides strategic and operational leadership for our architecture + engineering, construction & real estate management services in the Western Division. With over 20 years of experience, his deep understanding of the construction industry and background in civil engineering brings a level of knowledge and skill to understanding and solving customer’s needs. He collaborates with company leaders to strategize, identify, establish and facilitate best practices and accountability for integration among services; consulting, right-sizing and resource allocating for projects; crossdivisional training and innovation discoveries; and managing end-to-end communication touchpoints between customers and teams. An active member of industry trade associations, Hans stays on top of the latest trends and key developments within the division, sharing market intelligence and innovative techniques with relevant stakeholders. He is an advocate for nurturing creative problem solving and enjoys contributing to Ryan’s culture of learning.
