With over 30 years of experience, Jeff brings unparalleled knowledge and expertise to his role as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Management (REM) and Ryan Building Services (RBS), in which he oversees all REM and RBS teams across the country in the management of over 14.5 million square feet. A natural leader and strategist, Jeff spearheads national business development efforts and oversees urban and suburban property management, asset management leasing and advancement of company processes, while setting the direction and strategy for Ryan’s REM teams as they serve and support a broad range of properties and customers.
Among Jeff’s specialties is his ability to transform underperforming commercial property, maximizing occupancy while minimizing operating costs. Jeff has an unwavering commitment to enhancing the value of real estate assets, developing the creative solutions that achieve market-leading performance.
