A well-regarded leader in the commercial real estate industry, Jeff brings more than a quarter century of leading transactional development teams across the region with a proven track record of success. From a young age Jeff has been inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of Texas real estate professionals, and over the years this inspiration has shaped him into a trusted, people-first leader, visionary strategist and detail-oriented developer of processes—with his teams and his clients alike. Prior to joining Ryan, he was most recently responsible for leading a team that grew a 1.5 M-SF industrial portfolio to 32 M-SF valued at over $4.5 billion. As President of the South Central Region, he is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, supporting regional clients and projects, mentoring current and future staff, and developing and executing strategies to continue building Ryan’s success throughout Texas. He lives his values of clear communication and partnership, always ensuring that everyone involved in a project understands how every decision supports his clients’ ultimate goals at every touchpoint.
