Jerry believes whole-heartedly in providing quality, both in product and service. As Director of Business Development for the Industrial team, he fosters relationships with customers, negotiates construction contracts and makes formal sales presentations to prospective customers. He’s also responsible for managing the Ryan business model, promoting innovation, collaborating with other leaders and balancing the big picture with immediate responsibilities. Jerry is well respected for his ability to understand his customers’ motivations and goals, and to organize the project team around those goals. The result is a cost-effective, efficiently run project and the best possible building solution.
