Jim, known by his team members as JP, is Ryan's Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Safety. He is responsible for managing a spectrum of superintendent activities, including scheduling, monitoring and mobilizing the construction field team. With over 31 years of experience at Ryan and 37 years of hands-on construction experience, JP is an expert in construction processes in the industrial, office, hospitality, housing and retail sectors. Specifically, he has extensive experience in the construction of post-tension, high-rise residential and office building towers, in addition to the building of sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
