Mike brings more than 36 years of broad project management experience to his role as Senior Vice President of A+E Operations, in which he’s responsible for overseeing his national team including technical architecture, specifications, technology and design management. He also collaborates with other Ryan leaders to set strategy, seeks opportunities for growth and marketplace expansion, oversees Ryan A+E contract management and national resource planning, develops and promotes the team’s values and long-range goals, and maintains a focus on sustainability and well-being as it pertains to design. Mike is revered for his ability to identify and resolve site constraints, and for his innovative thinking on streamlining the design process. A gifted leader, he engages knowledgeably and easily with professionals across the construction, development, architectural and engineering disciplines. Mike is passionately committed to ensuring projects reflect the client’s vision inside and out and has been instrumental in the strong relationships Ryan has built over the years.
