Features unique architectural design
This five-story class “A” office building is part of a two-building office and retail complex located in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Ryan worked closely with the City of Cedar Rapids to rehabilitate this important city block after previous efforts had failed. Ryan won the development rights and in addition to providing design and construction services, was also chosen as property manager. The project involved the conversion of a former department store, as well as construction of over 100,000 square feet of new area to compliment the development.
