This three-story, 185,000-square-foot office development will set the standard for “green” class “A” space in Phoenix. The development team is targeting the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) silver level certification. Some of LEED design features include xeriscape landscaping, a stormwater management program, waterefficient fixtures and parking for fuel-efficient vehicles. Natural finishes, such as wood and stone, will be used throughout the space as well as low-emitting paints and sealers. When possible, materials will have recycled content and procured regionally.
