Originally designed for Wilson learning corporation
7500 Flying Cloud Drive is a 203,342-square-foot, nine-story, class “A” suburban office building situated on 17 acres at the intersection of state highway 212 and Interstate 494 in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. It is constructed of structural steel and reinforced concrete panels with an exposed aggregate finish combined with ribbon glass. Originally, the building was developed to be home to the Wilson Learning Corporation. They wanted a facility design that allowed its employees to interact with each other, which is the primary reason for the six-story atrium and stairway linking all the balconies of the original Wilson space, allowing employees to move freely between floors.
An extensive renovation of common area finishes and landscaping was completed in late 2004. Building improvements include the lobby, fitness center, café, building conference room and outdoor patio.
