Ryan’s integrated project delivery provides creative, cost-effective solutions 
Advance Auto Parts is a leader in the automotive aftermarket with 3,300 retail locations nationwide. While working with Ryan on an office renovation in Bloomington, Minnesota, Advance Auto Parts asked Ryan to renovate part of an existing shopping mall, which will be the company’s headquarters, into a data center. The mission critical data center is 5,000 square feet of raised floor with approximately 1,550 square feet of mechanical and electrical support.

Having approximately eleven months from start of design to project turnover, Ryan worked hand-in-hand with Advance Auto Parts to create a data center design that met their current needs and can accommodate an expansion for future growth. Through field verification and structural analysis of existing conditions, Ryan’s integrated approach allowed the team to implement significant cost and schedule saving opportunities into the data center’s design and configuration, meeting Advance Auto Part’s quick turnaround time and tight budget parameters.
