Ryan and CommonBond collaborate on senior housing
After successfully collaborating on an affordable multi-family renovation project and a new corporate headquarters building, CommonBond and Ryan are working together again on this affordable senior housing project. Located in Maplewood, Minnesota, a suburb of St. Paul, this three-story wood-frame structure will be heated with a geothermal heat pump system and has been designed to achieve LEED for Homes gold level certification.
Ryan worked closely with Pope Architects to ensure a high-quality, sustainable facility while controlling costs. Ryan and CommonBond also collaborated on the HUD section 202 financing process, from review though approvals.
