The fifth phase in a master-planned business park
Ryan is building a 130,708-square-foot speculative warehouse facility at Chandler Freeways Business Park off the Loop 202 Santan Freeway and 56th Street in Chandler. It will be the fifth building in Ryan’s 58-acre master-planned business park, which is designed to provide back office, research and development, general industrial, high-tech manufacturing and distribution space.
The location is ideally suited for a variety of industrial customers due to extremely easy access to both the Interstate 10 and 202 freeways, with exceptional visibility from Loop 202. Balmer Architectural Group, the architect for the Park, has designed the building to best respond to customer needs with a 28-foot clear height, cross docks, ESFR capabilities and a floor plate that can easily be divided into eight tenant suites.
