Ryan continues a lasting relationship
Ryan has worked with this banking customer since the early nineties. Most recently, this customer chose Ryan to build this Tier III, heavily fortified data center, which will house the bank’s critical processing operations.

Ryan worked intensively with the project designers to develop a project scope, schedule and budget that met the bank’s objectives. After an intense city approval process, Ryan quickly mobilized on-site to begin work with the challenging topography and subsurface conditions, which included rock blasting, deep excavations and caisson foundations. A creative project schedule with early equipment procurement, innovative activity sequencing, strategic workforce shifting and overtime was required to achieve the aggressive schedule.

The initial Tier III design has “plug-and-play” expansion capacity and infrastructure to become a Tier IV facility.  The building shell is designed to complement the neighboring buildings, yet is fortified to withstand winds in excess of 200 miles per hour, and along with regional natural disasters.
