Delta dental’s growth sparks new construction in Chicago area
Delta Dental is the largest and most experienced dental benefits carrier in the country. The company continues to sustain significant growth, and its Illinois (DDIL) regional office is no exception. In the last five years, the number of primary enrollees covered by DDIL has increased 74 percent. To accommodate this growth DDIL is relocating its corporate offices and operations from Lisle, Illinois, to Naperville, expanding from 43,000 to 65,000 square feet.

Ryan is providing a fully integrated solution for Delta Dental’s new Illinois headquarters. Ryan is developing the building, and leasing the majority of the space to DDIL with the exception of the fourth floor, which will be home to Ryan’s Chicago office. Ryan’s full integrated project approach is providing the ultimate in value to DDIL as well as a healthy working environment for its employees. The project team is anticipating LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
