Edward Jones ASU Research Park 

Edward Jones, one of the nation’s largest and most successful brokerage and investment firms, chose the ASU Research Park in Tempe, Arizona, as the location for their new southwest regional headquarters.

Special data center specifications
Phase I of a three-phase project is a 130,000-square-foot, three-story data center. The entire second floor of the stone and glass data center contains a Tier III raised floor area which is supported by UPS systems, standby generators, redundant power, telecommunications feeds and a remote on-site satellite and RF facility. The following phases of this project will consist of two 100,000-square-foot office buildings and a parking ramp.
