Jordan West office Park is a class “A” office development located at the southwest corner of Jordan Creek Parkway and EP True Parkway, across from the new Jordan Creek Town Center super-regional mall. Jordan West comprises 37 acres and will include a hotel, a bank, a sit-down restaurant and a speculative office building. The balance of the site is available for office space development up to a total of 390,000 square feet. The location of Jordan West office Park reflects the new commercial reality of the Des Moines Metropolitan area.
