A mixed-use, master-planned development in West Des Moines
Jordan West office Park is a class  “A” office development located at the southwest corner of Jordan Creek Parkway and EP True Parkway, across from the new Jordan Creek Town Center super-regional mall. Jordan West comprises 37 acres and will include a hotel, a bank, a sit-down restaurant and a speculative office building. The balance of the site is available for office space development up to a total of 390,000 square feet. The office development offers the flexibility to accommodate one large user or a combination of smaller mid-rise office buildings. The frontage lots and the office sites are available for build-to-suit or for purchase.

The location of Jordan West office Park reflects the new commercial reality of the Des Moines Metropolitan area. The development of Jordan Creek Town Center with its two-million square feet of retail space has shifted the “center of gravity” of the entire metro area. Emphasizing this shift is the new world headquarters for Wells Fargo Mortgage, just south of the mall, which will eventually include two-million square feet of office space.
