MN Retirement Systems

Maximum flexibility for communication and power systems
Working with the State of Minnesota Department of Administration, Minnesota State Retirement System representatives, Public Employees Retirement Association and the Teachers Retirement Association, Ryan developed the Minnesota Retirement Systems facility north of the St. Paul Capitol complex. The Minnesota Retirement Systems facility includes a four-story class “A” office building and a three-level cast-in-place concrete parking ramp.

Raised flooring is utilized throughout the building to maximize the flexibility of communication and power routing, along with workstation reconfiguration. The exterior is constructed of architectural precast concrete in various colors, finishes and textures, accented by mullioned aluminum windows. The three-level cast-in-place concrete parking ramp compliments the building with similar architectural precast panels and accommodates parking for 375 vehicles.
