Ryan and Park Nicollet collaborate to deliver a success clinic remodel
When Park Nicollet approached Ryan regarding the remodel of their Maple Grove clinic, their primary project goals were patient, staff and construction safety, continuity of care with minimal patient disruptions and a clean and contained construction area. Ryan met these goals through several strategies. The first was dividing the project into two phases. Through careful coordination, clinic staff was able to flow patients to the areas of the clinic not affected by construction. By working as a team, Ryan and the Park Nicollet staff were able to complete construction on budget and ahead of schedule without sacrificing patient care or continuity and quality of service.
