Rasmussen College delivers regionally accredited bachelor’s, master’s, and associate’s degree programs through its network of campuses and partnerships with leading universities. With more than 12,000 students, Rasmussen College has campuses throughout Minnesota, Illinois, Florida, Wisconsin, North Dakota and online.

This campus, located in Blaine, Minnesota, is Rasmussen’s eighth campus in Minnesota. Timing the development, design and construction process was critically important to Rasmussen as they wanted the campus to open in time to celebrate the College’s 110th anniversary. Rasmussen had been working with another developer that was having difficulty creating the best economic plan for the College. Ryan was invited to develop an alternative solution and was able to meet Rasmussen’s financial and schedule needs. The result was a building delivered three months faster than Rasmussen’s usual builders.
