Building Community
When the University of St. Thomas decided to reshape the Gateway to its South Campus, they turned to Ryan for its ability to create and deliver integrated solutions. The University selected Ryan because of its experience and success in delivering ‘Turn Key’ projects that focus on strengthening the ties to the surrounding community. Ryan supported the University’s efforts with the surrounding neighborhoods to hear their concerns and then to implement creative, cost-effective design solutions that met the goals of the University as well the goals of its neighbors. Relying on the diversity and expertise of its people, Ryan was able to bring the necessary resources to the project to resolve the complex issues of redeveloping a portion of the University in an established neighborhood.
