Ryan responds to Alside Windows need for a fast-track project
Immediately upon deciding to locate their Southwest facility in Yuma, Arizona, Alside Window Company wanted to be open and operating by August 2005. That left a little over seven months to design and build the 222,554-square-foot facility. Ryan's design-build process met this very aggressive schedule with actual construction taking place over a 5.5-month period. The building is constructed with concrete tilt panels and has a joist/girder steel roof system. The majority of the structure is dedicated to manufacturing with 6,000 square feet serving as office space.
