Andover Marketplace

Andover Marketplace

Ryan transformed site challenges to amenities
Ryan successfully created a shopping destination area for the residents of Andover, Minnesota. The project was a redevelopment of an existing Superfund site. Superfund is the common name for the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. The Superfund law was created to protect people, families, communities and others from heavily contaminated toxic waste sites that have been abandoned. While the contaminated site allowed for many challenges and opportunities, it was ultimately a great success for the City of Andover and for the environment.
