AT&T Tower

Landmark to the Minneapolis Skyline Rising 33 stories and marking the downtown Minneapolis skyline, the AT&T Tower is the third and final phase of Ryan's International Centre development. Featuring green and silver reflective glass, it is a dramatic complement to International Centre I and II that reside next door.

Three levels of heated below street parking, complex atriums and skyways intimately link the AT&T Tower with its companion towers. A sense of community and an effective master critical path schedule made it possible to complete this project a month ahead of schedule.

Improving susta inability In 2011, Ryan’s management team achieved gold-level Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (LEED-EB: O&M) with an aggressive energy and water management strategy. The building earned an impressive 97 ENERGY STAR® rating with an efficient heat-pump system and tight energy control through Ryan’s energy
management system. Ryan also retrofitted every water fixture in the building with more efficient models, which will save more than 13 million gallons of water annually.
