Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is a restaurant concept founded in 1998. In the fall of 2000, Biaggi's and Ryan teamed-up to design and build a Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. Prior to partnering with Ryan, Biaggi's had built four restaurants utilizing four separate contractors. By drawing upon Ryan's design-build delivery system of single-source responsibility for design and construction, Biaggi's continues to grow with additional restaurants located across the country. Ryan's multiple offices locations affords local expertise in the contracting and jurisdictional requirements.
