A catalyst for future redevelopment
Cedar Point Commons is a 30-acre redevelopment that includes approximately 350,000 square feet of retail space, featuring a SuperTarget and Home Depot as well as a full-service restaurant, bank and seven small retail buildings to accommodate small retail tenants. The area, which is in close proximity to the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, was identified by noise experts as a low frequency noise area. Cedar Point Commons is the first phase in the City of Richfield and the Housing Redevelopment Authority's (HRA) Cedar Avenue Corridor Redevelopment Concept Master Plan which encompasses a 6-block area in eastern Richfield.
