Ryan steps in to create success
Ryan converted an existing 162,000-square-foot warehouse into a two-story, bright, attractive e-commerce facility with 80,000 square feet of high-tech office space for C.H. Robinson Worldwide. Prior to Ryan's involvement, C.H. Robinson had pursued a traditional design-bid-build delivery method that, if left unchanged, would have resulted in a project substantially over budget and behind schedule. Ryan took over the design programming and kept to the original turnover date, completing the design and construction on time and on budget.
