Community Health Free Clinic

Meeting expansion needs
Community Health Free Clinic provides health care services to uninsured and under-served patients in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the surrounding communities. With a growing patient base, their 800-square-foot facility was no longer meeting their needs. Ryan constructed a 12,000-square-foot modern medical clinic. It offers an efficient, functional environment for the 350 medical professionals who volunteer their services, providing primary medical and dental care, drug assistance and a pharmacy. The clinic shares part of its finished basement, which also includes a classroom and activity room, with Jane Boyd Community House, a community social service center. Delivering despite budget constraints, Ryan met the needs of Community Health Free Clinic with an aggressive budget comprised of 100% donated funds. Ryan donated the fee for all services provided.
