A successful public/private partnership
Working as a joint venture with the City of St. Paul Port Authority, Ryan was selected to develop this office showroom building as an additional facility at The Energy Park Business Park. Ryan designed the facility to complement the surrounding buildings while still providing an efficient business environment for day-to-day operation.

The corporate center is ideally located with immediate access to Highway 280 and Interstate 94 -- major transportation corridors in Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN.
