Delivering an artistic space
Fallon Group, Inc. is one of the world’s most critically acclaimed, creatively driven branding companies. When the company decided to relocate its office to the Ryan-managed AT&T Tower, they were looking for an open, creative, collaborative space that would reflect the firm’s standing as a top advertising agency.

This dynamic, sustainable design had its challenges. One was the fast-track schedule of only 4.5 months, which made for a rapid design and construction pace. Another was the open three-floor plan with its impressive atrium through its center. Using regional materials for the hickory flooring and millwork helped with the fast-track procurement. Other sustainable features include low VOC adhesives and finishes, occupancy sensors for all offices and automatic faucets in the restrooms. Ryan was able to meet Fallon’s cost and schedule expectations, and created a thoroughly delighted customer in the process.
