This project was the first design-build project for Fareway. Ryan provided a complete turn-key solution to the entire financing, development, and construction process. As the first of a three-phase project, the design incorporates the surrounding landscape and building architecture for future growth. Throughout the project, Ryan's performance and design-build approach continually reinforced that Fareway had made the right decision.
