Previous Performance Makes Decision Easy
When Fredrikson and Byron required new office space to support the international growth of their business law and trial firm, they knew they could trust Ryan again. Previously, they had worked with Ryan and HGA Architects to design and build six floors of Class "A" office space in the International Center in Downtown Minneapolis. The buildout encompassed seven floors of the 40-story building and required special reinforcement to the floors to support high-density filing. Other design features included a 2-story conference center connected by a grand stair and a hardwall office environment with clerestory lights to provide natural light throughout the work environment.
