Froedtert Health Menomonee Falls Clinic

Froedtert Health Menomonee Falls Clinic, a five-story, 145,000-square-foot medical clinic built to replace the existing Froedtert Health Menomonee Falls Clinic, is located adjacent to the Community Memorial Hospital campus. The clinic will include a full array of primary care and specialty services and house more than 90 physicians and providers to complement the health services provided at Community Memorial Hospital.

The facility is a high-performance, environmentally friendly building with a focus on a healthy indoor environment. The clinic’s exterior is predominantly glass with architectural pre-cast concrete accents. The project utilizes high-performance glazing systems and thermal insulation on both the walls and roof to minimize energy use. Low-flow toilets, other water-saving plumbing fixtures, and sustainable, non-intrusive native plantings that require no permanent irrigation help the building minimize water use. The project incorporates recycled content in many of the building’s materials including millwork, insulation, carpeting, gypsum board, aluminum framing, concrete and steel.

Growing with Froedtert Health This building adds to the roster of projects for Froedtert in which Ryan Companies has been involved. Ryan originally developed and constructed Community Memorial Medical Commons, the two-building, 126,000-squarefoot medical campus in Menomonee Falls, as well as completed various tenant improvement projects within the buildings. Ryan also provides real estate management services for the property.
