Expanding Retailer Teams with Ryan and Oppidan
With a growing customer base, Gander Mountain is expanding into new regions of the country. The company plans specific opening dates for each new store that coincide with a local "season opener."

Based on a very positive experience developing two new Minnesota stores in Forest Lake and Lakeville, Gander Mountain chose Ryan and developer Oppidan Investment Company to build an additional 14 stores in nine states using the design-build method. To meet Gander Mountain's aggressive store opening schedules, Ryan and Oppidan have developed a process to quickly identify and resolve any potential site constraints and navigate the local governing approval agencies.
