Gastrointestinal Clinic of the Quad Cities wanted a cohesive design between their already existing location and the new building Ryan was constructing in Davenport, Iowa. The physician-owners wanted their new facility to functionally house both examination and surgical units -- an arrangement that would provide convenience for both their patients and themselves.

The result was a 14,000+-square-foot facility with 5,000 square feet of dedicated surgery space, complete with four endoscopy rooms, 11 recovery rooms, and a cleaning and utility area for sterilizing surgical tools and equipment.
