Previous successful Ryan project experience
This Graybar office/distribution facility consists of 3,800 square feet of office space and 137,000 square feet of warehouse space. The design includes a 53,000 square-foot outdoor storage yard with the capacity to expand the warehouse into 35,000 square feet of additional storage space. It is set up to distribute approximately one million different products made by thousands of manufacturers.

This is the second Graybar distribution center built by Ryan Companies. The first facility was a 142,296-square-foot distribution center constructed in Rogers, Minnesota. This facility is located in Tolleson, a western suburb of Phoenix, on a 10.7-acre site in the Ryan West Business Park.
