Designed and built for future expansion
This office/warehouse facility constructed for Graybar Electric consists of approximately 10,000 square feet of office space, an 8,000-square-foot storage mezzanine, and 30,000 square feet of warehouse space. The design includes the option for expanding another 16,000 square feet, in anticipation of future growth.

This project is the third facility in which Ryan partnered with Graybar Electric. Following projects in Phoenix, Arizona and Rogers, Minnesota, this facility was constructed on a four-acre site in Birmingham, Alabama to accommodate Graybar's growth in the Southeast. The Ryan design-build method continues to meet Graybar's goal of constructing facilities that are economical, expandable and delivered on a fast-track schedule.
