Building a lasting relationship with Graybar
Ryan established a positive level of trust and open communication with Graybar Electric during the construction of Graybar’s distribution center in Rogers, Minnesota. Since then, Ryan has built distribution facilities for Graybar in Phoenix, Arizona, Birmingham, Alabama and most recently in Miami, Florida.

Ryan establishes their design-build process in Florida
Even though Ryan was new to building in Florida, Graybar trusted Ryan’s design-build process to meet Miami-Dade County’s hurricane compliance while maintaining a fast-track schedule. Ryan kicked-off the project with a partnering meeting with local subcontractors to ensure everyone on the project was working toward a common goal. Ryan was able to deliver the project on schedule; establish great relationships with Miami-Dade County officials through the permitting and municipal process; and build a fully compliant building with the same attention to customer satisfaction that Graybar has come to depend upon.
