GreatAmerica Building

A cornerstone for the development of the city's riverfront area.
Located on the Cedar River in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the GreatAmerica Building is the culmination of years of planning and partnership with the City and surrounding community to develop the riverfront area. The GreatAmerica Building was one of the most important commercial developments in Cedar Rapids in more than a decade.

This eight-story, steel-framed, glass and granite office building includes landscaped banks, walkways, and a plaza overlooking the river. The anchor tenant is GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation. Other tenants include Alliant Energy, Robert Half International, ImOn Communications; Nyemaster Goode West Hansell & O'Brien P.C., Gray Venture Partners and Wellmark Blue Cross-Blue Shield. Ryan Companies US, Inc.’s Cedar Rapids office is also located in the GreatAmerica Building.
