Providing a master plan for success
Since 1999, Ryan has constructed three additions and a cold storage warehouse totaling over 128,000 square feet to this food processing facility that produces soups and sauces for the H.J. Heinz Company. As production needs continued to increase, Heinz relied on the relationship Ryan had established with their first expansion project. Ryan was a key contributor in the development of the Schedule of Excellence Plan that provided master-planning design coordination, cost control, scheduling and value engineering for future expansions and detailed planning for the extensive mechanical requirements.
