Distinctive design and unique blend of materials

The International Centre I and II were the first two phases of Ryan Companies US, Inc.'s three-phase International Centre development in downtown Minneapolis (AT&T Tower is phase 3). The International Centre development accounts for approximately 3.1 million square feet of prime office and retail space. Three levels of heated below street parking, complex atriums, and skyways link the companion towers.

Lake Placid granite with stainless steel stripping graces the atriums and skyways. The distinctive Alucobond and reflective glass exteriors reflect the sun and are stunning on a sunny afternoon. International Centre II, now named the Kinnard Financial Center, features flowing waterfalls along its escalators and a fine dining restaurant on the street level.
