Delivering on a tight schedule
Ryan worked closely with the staff at Iowa Glass to develop and build the 191,568-square-foot office/warehouse facility, which also includes a state-of-the-art data center. Beginning in August 2003, Ryan and their team of expert consultants used Ryan's proven design-build process to deliver a building that met all of Iowa Glass' goals, including their tight schedule. The facility was ready for equipment installation and inventory delivery on January 15th.

Ryan met Iowa Glass' schedule demands by providing them with the cost and schedule impact of every building system the Iowa Glass team considered. In addition to working with the City's building departments to negotiate code, Ryan performed extensive soil remediation prior to construction.
