Working closely with Deere & Company and the Renew Moline organization, Ryan provided a single-source solution for the development, which includes a Radisson Hotel, T.G.I. Friday's, John Deere Health Care and Pavilion. The John Deere Health Care headquarters is a 5-story class "A" office building with a brick exterior and copper barrel roof. Retail on the ground floor includes John Deere Boots, John Deere Store, and Planted Earth Cafe, each with separate entrances and a shared covered walkway. Linked to the Health Care building is the John Deere Pavilion, an interactive agricultural exhibition and visitor's center.
