John Deere has grown from a farm equipment company to its current status as a global leader in a variety of interests, including equipment manufacturing, financial services, health services, and special technologies. John Deere Credit is the financial division of the company. The building features two 3-story office wings linked by a 3-story glass atrium. State-of-the-art communications and data systems run throughout the building. Four different materials and a complex glazing system comprise the exterior and blend naturally into the surrounding environment. The north wing is set into the earth, responding to the topography of the site.
