Multi-use facility for retail and office
Working with Deere & Company and the Renew Moline organization, Ryan developed the John Deere Health Care building on the riverfront in downtown Moline, Illinois. The John Deere Health Care headquarters is a 5-story class "A" office building. From the floating staircase in the 4-story atrium, one can view the Mississippi River. The building exterior is brick with a copper barrel roof. Retail on the ground floor includes a John Deere store and Planted Earth Cafe, each having a separate entrance and sharing a covered walkway.
