Lexus of Wayzata

Ryan and Bloomer Properties, LLC have been partners for over 20 years
Previously to this remodel, Ryan built the original Lexus of Wayzata building and performed two expansions for long-term customer Bloomer Properties, LLC. 

This project added space for a front lobby, customer lounge, offices, a show floor, a service write-up area, new car delivery, additional shop and detailing space, and an employee area. The project was built in three phases to allow the dealership to maintain full operations during construction. Although this did lengthen the original schedule, it met Bloomer Properties' goal to continue business activity during construction.
